  • Hep B : Hepatitis B
  • RSV : Respiratory Syncytial Virus
  • DTaP/Tdap : Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (whooping cough)
  • HIB : Haemophilus Influenzae Type B
  • IPV : Polio
  • PCV  : Pneumococcal
  • MMR : Measles, Mumps, Rubella
  • VAR : Varicella (Chicken Pox)
  • Hep A : Hepatitis A
  • HPV 9 : Human Papilloma Virus


  • Vaxelis = DTaP + HepB + HIB  + IPV combination vaccine offered at 2 months and 6 months
  • Pentacel = DTaP + HIB + IPV combination vaccine offered at 4 months
  • Quadracel = DTaP + IPV combination vaccine offered at 4-6 years


    *RSV immunization is a monoclonal antibody offered during RSV season
